Responsibilities : All aspects of case management and participation associated with private legal

practice, including document and contract drafting and review, contract and settlement negotiation,

client counseling, legal research, argument/strategy development, business analysis, litigation

support, and public and court presentation, representing clients from individuals and small

businesses to multinational corporations.

The Everest Group, LLC, Omaha, Nebraska (September 1999 to November 2001).

Responsibilities & Experience: Autonomously managed acquisition of 50 wireless sites in

Nebraska and Iowa; negotiated lease and license agreements with property owners; analyzed local

ordinances and standards for compliance and procedure; completed necessary zoning approval and

permits, including public hearings and meetings with public officials; represented client interests in

development of local performance standards; coordinated site design, engineering and construction;

acted as liaison between client, property owners and municipalities; and managed local office and

supervised local employees.
