sales incentive plan for account managers based upon gross margin that

connected incentive compensation to the Company's "profit growth"

strategy; a strategy that resulted in an energized, motivated and aligned

sales force.

. Partnered with all Company executives to implement a talent management

strategy that identified key positions, top performers, high potentials,

good performers and low performers. Individual professional development

plans were devised to fill skill gaps noted. Reward guidelines were

established for consistency.

. Worked with the CEO and CFO to establish an annual bonus plan for all

salaried associates based upon meeting both Company performance metrics

and individual critical operating tasks.

. Authored and implemented an international expatriate assignment policy

that eliminated ambiguity, inconsistencies and inefficiencies in

international assignments.

. In conjunction with an outside consultant, completed an Executive Pay

market analysis.

Maintained full responsibility for managing and implementing safety and

health initiatives and strategies. Monitored and prevented potential

workplace safety hazards through routine inspections and training, accurate
