buildings, fencing, and laneways and contingency plans for housing and

. Participated in acquisition of 48 Jersey heifers with nationally

recognized genetics. Value of donated heifers and money for heifer

. Promoted the UNH Organic Dairy Farm at conferences with farmers and

industry leaders.

. Managed organic certification with staff, researchers, and NHDAMF

certifier.

. Initiated and managed intensive rotational grazing program for cattle.

. Researched machinery needs for the Organic Dairy Farm and Farm Services

to improve productivity and feed quality.

. Assessed deficiencies in crop and forage production systems and provided

recommendations for improvements to ensure livestock health and

productivity.

. Coordinated purchase and delivery of organic feed required for

certification of organic herd.
