department, my responsibilities involve working with MS
Office, Adobe Acrobat, Crystal reports and Banner to enter,
edit and utilize the information provided in order to
create reports or documentation for further use in the
department as well as performing textbook adoptions. Other
office duties consist of providing customer service,
handling phones, proofreading, creating signage, filing,
tracking supplies, handling documentation, and office
organization.

As the Office Assistant, I assisted customers, processed
orders, payments and performed regular office duties. Some

print material. Projects assigned consisted of inter-office
flyers, large-scale insurance plan charts, Signage, photo
