I hope this writing finds you well and in great spirits! This is
not your usual cover letter. You and I have a unique opportunity to
establish a great working relationship. I am looking for a Property
Management / Associate position in a company that will allow me to be
proficient and profitable > for You. We have the same interest, Real
Estate.
Throughout the years, my spirited work ethic permitted me to explore
different styles of Management, (workflow, design, engineering).
In Real Estate: Property Management, Maintenance, and Construction, Project Management.
I "chose" the Real Estate Profession... I was in a successful
business / management career while maintaining family commercial properties.
In choosing a real estate as a career, I expanded my education through expansive seminars & courses which eventually led me to New York University's Real Estate Degree program. After I completed that program I continued my understandings from 1 family homes to apartment complexes, commercial single store fronts, shopping centers, to regional malls.
I take the definition of Real Estate literally: "Everything from the center of the earth to 25,000 ft. above the surface".
This made for a challenging career I have not been a disappointed...
I enjoy the diversity - perspective of design, management, maintenance, investment strategies, taxation, financing, markets etc.
I see effective management, as a profit center for both Owners and
Tenants. For Owners; It's the enhancement of a property's value through
proper marketing, management & overall tenant satisfaction.
For Tenants; It's comfort, effective maintenance & problem resolution.
