Working with OSPOD inspectors that are there 100% of the

time. They require daily inspections of all work being

done. 5 inspectors on the job and 5 of us Superintendents

also. We had to daily walk with OSHPOD and monthly with

the fire Marshall on inspections.

I worked closely with the Electrical Sub,Glass Sub, Door

Sub and Fire Alarm Sub.Then at the end of the job, I had

to walk with all inspectors on all the Fire alarm testing.

Helped in bringing this 145 million Hospital from behind

schedule

To a winning schedule and nice profit for all.

Bovis Lend Lease Inc.

1995- 2006

Assistant Superintendent

Medical City Dallas, Dallas Texas - $100 million worth of

new building E and the addition of two floors at north tower

with renovation; new construction of two parking garages.

Total of 150 million dollars of work in all. Working from

ground up to 100% of project. Helped in bringing this

project to an ontime schedule and a great profit for all.

Los Colinas Medical Center, Irving Texas - Warranty work

with under crawl space of Hospital and demo of loading dock

and install new concrete.

In charge of 40 men onsite/4subcontractors. 5 month period

Northwest Medical Center, Tucson Arizona - $25 million

addition and renovations. I started this project on time

with setting up Mobile Offices and getting all Permits to

build project. After 3 months the Lead superintendent,

another assistant superintendent and one project manager are

there to help with the rest of the project. We had to build

a temporary loading dock so we could demo the old dock and

build the new one. he main entrance was moved to a temp.

spot in order to build the new main entrance also. We all

had a great time in building this project and bringing it to

an early finish. Total time at project 26 months.

Alice Regional Hospital, Alice Texas - Assitant

Superintendent on this 6 month scheduled project that was

finished in 5 months . A Carpenter Helped me run this Job of

23 patient rooms finish out from an unfinished shell space.

Night work was included for plumbing work as well as

electrical work. We had no problems at all in getting this

done over an existing wing of patient rooms.

South Crest Hospital & MOB, Tulsa Oklahoma - $45 million new

hospital construction. I started out as carpenter foreman

with twelve carpenters under me doing all rough and finish

work on this project. Also learning all aspects of job that

taught me to become an Assistant Superintendent before I

left this Job. Promoted to assistant superintendent during

this project. On project with two superintendents, two

project manager's three engineers, carpenters and laborers.

A job that was well ahead of schedule with a nice profit.

Wesley Medical Center- Assistant Superintendent on this

Addition to an existing hospital keeping it running. Night

work supervising plumbers for core drilling and pipe

install. I also self performed work like bathroom

accessories and casework install,trim work and signs, fire

extinquisers and all kinds of accessories through out the

hospital.

Grew up knowing all in the Glazier Company as My Father

owned this company.

Installed Mirrors and Shower doors and replace glass in new

homes and office buildings as well.

Laying out and installing store front glass frames in office

buildings.
