. Deal experience:

. Qualcomm Inc: Structured and sole-led a $1.1Bn syndicated bridge

financing in India to support QCOM's participation in the 2.3GHz

band spectrum auction. Fees earned on the transaction were $5MM+.

Associated revenues included FX and float earnings (GPS).

. Applied Materials: Amended the $1.0Bn syndicated revolver with

new balance sheet-driven financial covenants. The amendment

request stemmed from unfavorable macro-economic conditions during

2009, causing EBITDA to be negative.

syndicated credit facilities designed to meet client and investor

. Cisco Systems: Structured and underwrote $250MM commitment in

Cisco's inaugural 5-year $3Bn senior unsecured revolving credit

facility as the Administrative Agent.

. CommScope Inc: Structured a $2.5Bn credit facility ($1.35Bn TLB,

$750MM TLA and $400MM REV) as the Administrative Agent and Lead

Arranger to finance the acquisition of Andrew Corporation.

Established FX and Derivative limits for the Company to hedge

currency risk through closing and post-acquisition.

. SanDisk China: Structured and underwrote $125MM of permanent

financing through combination of bank loans, mortgage loans and

export financing to finance the acquisition and development of a

building in Shanghai for its test and assembly operations.
