Participate actively in implementing a start up of the manufacturing of a

pioneered, unique, innovative technology system and medical devices that

use an electrically-neutral stream of pure plasma to cut, coagulate and

vaporize tissue. Visited Sweden branch. Learned prototypes of plasma based

medical devices and manufacturing line including processes and equipment.

Developed the entire new facility manufacturing layout through clean room,

materials storing, processing and cleaning cells, labeling, shipping, and

finished goods storing areas including two independent manufacturing lines,

over forty units of equipment and stations, materials and finished goods

large storages. Continue working on a variety of start up issues including

products matching the FDA requirements.
