terabyte supports around 1500 users.

Consolidate Sales and Orders Reporting (QUEST)
QUEST comprises of Sales, Orders, Budget and forecast details in a start
schema on Oracle DB. QUEST gets the data from mainframe, SAP and Oracle
systems. Reports are developed in Web Focus and Business Objects. Reports
generated will be used for Decision Support System and corporate analysis
purpose.
Sony On Line Asset Reporting (SOLAR)
The purpose of the SOLAR project is to enable and empower ISSA to analyze
customer data as it moves through the supply chain i.e. planning through
delivery of the product. This customer data is built around 29 specific
business metric reports and it gets the data from multiple legacy source
systems.
Key Metrics include:
. On Time Delivery, Commitment Attainment, Commitment versus
Forecast, Weeks of Supply and Sell thru Forecast Variance.
Responsibility:
. Defining and analyzing requirements with inputs from users group for data
modeling.
. Preparing functional specifications, data mapping documents and look up
data.
. Maintaining the data model using Erwin. Managing the data integrity
issues and Impacts.

Project: Global Data Hub (GDH)
The Global Data Hub (GDH) provides globally standardized real time Asset
Management data services and facilitates global trade processing. GDH
consolidates accounting data from across the globe offices of Deutsche Bank
- Asset Management Group. The data is then made available as business
objects to underlying applications for view within and outside the Bank.
The data, which mainly consists of Security, Position and Transaction
information, is fed to the Hub from the accounting systems of local
offices. Essentially there are two types of processes applied on this data
before it is stored in the GDH warehouse. One, the data from individual
accounting systems is translated to a common set of codes maintained in
GDH. Two, the GDH performs standardized calculation on this data using
market prices that are directly fed to the warehouse. The two processes
together ensure consistency in data from across accounting systems.
Responsibility:
. Involved from the analysis stage to user acceptance stage.
. Interaction with users group and QSSG team to analyze the requirements
and designing the database and finalizing the lookup tables data.

business rules. Three of the existing legacy systems was integrated and
migrated as one application.
