Reporting to the SVP of HR, I am responsible for all planning and
execution of global employee Benefits, HRIS, and Compensation programs
for company with 2,700 employees in 3 countries, and HR Operations.
Major accomplishments include completely retooling HR Processing,
automation of Benefits Administration, HRIS Conversion to Oracle
(Core, ESS/MSS, & Comp Workbench, iRecruit), and rebuilt the HR team
in charge of HR Operations while having a net reduction in ongoing HR
costs (staff of 3 into staff of 1), in addition to several other
automation & process revamp projects.
Comp Committee prep, companywide leveling, equity planning, incentive
compensation, & executive & sales comp plans, and performance
management (system & process) are all within the scope of my duties.

Responsible for all domestic compensation including base pay
management, incentive compensation, equity compensation, and other
ancillary compensation programs. Created and launched Engineering
Review Board to manage promotion proposals above the Sr. Principle
Level for dual ladder career growth. Implemented Nonexempt Incentive
Plan with quarterly cycle. Identified compensation plan defects and
areas of improvement for presentation to Compensation Board.
Stand in HRIS Manager until position was filled in July. This role
encompassed weekly and monthly reporting out of Oracle Discoverer, ad-
hoc requests, table setup requests, and taking lead role in Employee &
Manager Self Service project. Designed position based hierarchy
structure for use in Oracle Procurement system.

Compensation duties related directly to the consolidation of several
Medical System Companies into one company with a shared services
model. Projects include, Base Pay, Management Incentives, Job Coding
Consolidation, Philips Global alignment, Total Annual Pay, and HRIS.
Work with executive staff to align objectives with local and global
initiatives.
Position includes but is not limited to management of all HR systems
including PeopleSoft (data integrity, security), system
testing/validation and integration/automation design as well as ad-hoc
reports with PeopleSoft Query and Crystal 7.0. Work closely with IT
department to plan resource allocation for current and future
projects. Managed the successful completion of a total HRIS conversion
from Powersource to PeopleSoft, including user and parallel acceptance
testing as well as the creation of test scripts and system validation.
Streamline and automation of 2 separate bonus programs and annual
merit increase processes. Created connectivity with remote office for
HRIS, internal IT projects for SAP Go-Live, and co-authored ADAC
Intranet.

Served as sole HRIS Analyst and report writer. Managed two direct
