• Implemented Voice Pick technology at nine locations, which improved pick rate accuracy from
97% to 99.8%. Developed new warehouse and pick row designs.
• Re-engineered the Tygar forklift line in Houston, PA reducing unproductive sku’s and shortening

were met. Served as the "direct contact" from Supply Chain with joint accountability with Sales

• Ensured budget compliance during a weekly meeting with emphasis on controlling labor costs,
reducing product returns, and monitoring breakage, damage, and loss which led to a top three

• Implemented new delivery systems at three locations that reduced f leet costs and driver
t urnover, which improved on time delivery t imes and in-store merchandising expenses.
• Co-coordinated the implementation of Springboard hand-helds (delivery) for 6 locations in the market

Provided staff oversight for Demand Manager, Logistics Analyst, and three dispatchers. Indirect supervision for
three warehouse managers/supervisors, and Division Fleet managers. Led the Sales Center Management teams to
ensure that annual supply chain goals and objectives were met. Served as the "direct contact" from Supply Chain
with joint accountability with Sales Center Management team for delivery, merchandising, warehouse, and
transportation efficiencies and OPEX control.
• Implemented a 45-day date code report, which allocated short dated products to other facilities,
w hich resulted in a company savings of $500K under prior year costs.
• Redesigned layouts for 20 warehouses, which resulted in 10%, increase in warehouse
p roductivity.
• Trained over 25 warehouse managers/supervisors for the Desert Mountain Division in the ASN
(advanced shipper notice) process, which capitalized on Wal-Mar ts accuracy incentive which led
to exceeding a delivery accuracy goal of 99.8% and reduced driver wait times at outlets.
• Eliminated the use of common carriers to t ransport full goods from the production center to the
sales centers resulting in company savings of $480K.
• Pioneered, implemented, and developed marketing and delivery systems of two new products
(Odwalla & Piranha) outside of the Coca-Cola system for t r ial that resulted in increased revenue
for the Colorado Area.
• Provided Core Warehouse Training Fundamental sessions for multiple divisions which provided
t he managers/supervisors accountabilities with roles and responsibili ties
Rocky Mountain Division Distribution Manager (1992 – 2002)
Managed the division for the delivery of all products for 11 sales locations providing excellent
customer service while maintaining costs. Provided hi r ing and t raining for all supervisors, budget
p rocess, t ransportation of full goods to warehouses, sales and delivery routes, and dispatch

• Ensured proper distribution routing with increased annual volume and sales growth from 9
