• Took over the Financial Services Program at Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union which was at risk of being closed down
and terminated. Took ownership of the position and within one year, successfully revitalized and turned the Financial
Services Program around. After one year of leadership, the Financial Services Program had one of the best production years
that the Program had ever had in its seventeen years of existence .
• Ranked in the top five in production out of twenty financial advisors within the Northwest District and ranked
in the top one hundred and twenty five in production out of seven hundred financial advisors companywide.
• Was asked by senior management to create two new Financial Services Programs at Spirit of Alaska Credit
Union and at MAC Credit Union both in Fairbanks, Alaska. One week a month flew to Fairbanks to service clients and to
work with the credit union’s CEOs in further developing their Financial Services Programs.
• Requested and single handedly motivated CUNA Brokerage Services management to add Day Hagan Tactical Allocation
Fund to the brokerage platform. Successfully walked the Day Hagan Management team through the sales agreement process
to full completion.
