IOCs, memos, answering multiple phone lines, making multiple copies,

Coordinated the Lieutenant Colonel & his staff's calendars and helped

them keep all engagements. Announced all guests that were entering the

Lieutenant Colonel's office.

Successfully supported 327 troops in Lt. Col Schmidt's squadron.

Coordinated and arranged banquets, holiday gatherings and award

presentations for the whole squadron.

Implemented new policies and procedures that were out dated. Created

spreadsheets and input data to show accuracy.

Conducted Payroll for the 39Th Supply Squadron as well as alternative

timekeeper for the entire Transportation Group to maintain time and

attendance of civilian employees under the 39Th Logistics Group.
