plotting to adequately and efficiently meet our schematic proposal deadline
for North Tarrant Express. Communicated responsibilities to all team
members and trained teammates in Geopak, shared ideas and was an integral
part of the office.
> Impact: We were awarded the North Tarrant Express Final Design project.
The opportunity to present our client with a product assuring it benefits
both the client and public.
Performed 17 hours of work during weekend in which no one in group wanted

site.
Integral in acquiring a contract with the city of Lancaster, CA. In
Coordinated the project construction details with the city's telephone,
catv, power and gas companies. Assisted and trained teammates in sanitary
storm sewer design, and communicated
> Impact: The Company was awarded contract adding significant revenue and
resulting in additional projects.
Stepped in as a result of a survey crew being overloaded with work, flew to
Kansas City, KS to personally perform hydraulic surveys. Gained valuable
hand-on surveying experience while helping our overloaded survey staff.
Responsible for assisting in detailed site inspections and structural
condition evaluation at each facility in the Midwest. Designed and
recommended replaced structures at facilities when evidence of significant
deterioration and structure failure was observed.
> Impact: Proven leadership while taking on additional responsibility and
doing what needed to be done to get the job done.
