several other candidates with longer tenures. I. I have over 3 years of

combined employment with this company, only leaving from full time status

to become a police officer. While holding the title of Aeration Team

Leader, which was a position that did not exist until I presented the

concept to the Branch Manager, I organized and directly over saw the

operation of approximately 7-8 full time employees. I was also actively

involved in the training of new team members. I was also in customer

service answering and solving customer complaint and issues via phone and
