SUMMARY
Mr. Kaseman offers close to 15 years of consulting experience in Oracle
application systems integration and implementation. His experience
includes project management, requirements mapping, solution design,
configuration, gap analysis, gap resolution, implementation and post-
implementation support. Mr. Kaseman has also developed and delivered a

Beckman Coulter Advanced Planning Functional Consultant
Beckman Coulter is initiating a Sales and Operations Planning Process.
This involves the design of a new planning process, along with
implementation of Advanced Planning which will introduce a formal S&OP
process for the company.

. S&OP Track Lead - Helped lead Beckman Coulter through the process of
implementing the new S&OP Process.
- Led Current Process Model documentation of the existing S&OP

- Led Level 0, Level 1 and Level 2 design of a new S&OP process

- Led an S&OP Prototype effort proving out the new design on

Alcoa Inc., Howmet Division Advanced Planning Functional Consultant
Alcoa's Howmet division is using Oracle ASCP and ODP to generate level 2
requirements to forging plants not currently using Oracle ASCP. There is a
need to implement a solution to ensure the correct forecast consumption and
creation of the correct demand statements for these forging plants.
September 2009 to March 2010 (part time as part of Kaseman Consulting)
- Led design efforts in ASCP and ODP to meet requirements of the
project.
- Created a new consumption process using ODP measures to reflect the
correct Customer Facing Demand statement.
- Designed a process using ASCP's In-Line Consumption functionality
to reflect the correct Operation Facing Demand statement.
- Led testing effort of the new solution.

Tecumseh Products Advanced Planning Functional Consultant
Tecumseh was preparing to implement Oracle Demantra for its Demand
Planning. I was asked to do an analysis of how ASCP is currently being
used by Tecumseh to ensure that Tecumseh has ASCP positioned to be used
efficiently in the new solution.

. Helped the Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT) division implement and
expand their Customer Program Initiatives.
. QCT's Customer Programs are uniquely defined initiatives designed to
manage demand and inventory collaboratively between QCT and the
customer.
. Each Customer Program is specific to the QCT/Customer relationship.
Many of these programs involve hubbing and Vendor Managed Inventory
(VMI)

. In 2004 and 2005, helped complete the redesign and implementation of
the decentralization of the forecast entry process at four
