OBJECTIVE
PMP, MBA and MOM -- two sons (one with a disability) seeks to obtain a full-
time position with an organization which provides the opportunity to
contribute by utilizing and expanding upon experience, training, and
capabilities in not only my IT, Project Management, and Business Management

Team Leader of the project, problem and change management
functional areas and disaster recovery for the IT infrastructure
managed by HP in a large data center for all of HUD.
Responsibilities include participation in creation of IT
Governance and Process Improvements, providing guidance and
leadership of technology service delivery and process
improvement for IT architecture, supervision and assignment of
activities to staff members.

Achievements:
. Assisted in creation of the Service Management Plan (SMP)

products and services satisfy HUD's needs. The successful
creation of the SMP has led the company to obtain the ISO/IEC
20000 certification.
. Creation and maintenance of Project, Problem and Change
Management processes as they pertain to the Quality
Management System and ITIL standards.
. Designed Project Management Methodology Guidelines including
the phases of a SDLC, project typing, milestones, and project
templates
. Successfully implemented large-scale projects including
virtualization of HUD's MVS Tape System which contained over
800,000 tapes and modernization of the Open Systems
environment consisting of over 500 server
