resolving these through design and/or vendor/process modifications,

reducing warranty expenses and rebuilding customer relationships.

Group addressed legacy field problems of commercial/military aircraft

products preventing a move by a commercial customer to displace with a

competitor's line and lowering an accelerated removal rate for

military product. Containment actions and customer interaction prior

to design/process changes were key elements in salvaging business.

Mentor in Eaton Leadership Development Program for post-graduate

rotational assignments of students recruited for a management training

program
