I have worked in several aspects of system administration during my Certified
time at VIPS. I have created user accounts, managed an EMC San, worked Technician(RH
with Solaris Zones, IBM LPAR's, software installation, system base CT)
lining, system hardening, samba administration, and backup system
administration. I was also involved with moving all of our UNIX/Linux
systems to our new data center including scheduling, planning, and
execution to minimize downtime for our users.

Worked directly with internal users to troubleshoot and maintain the
desktop and server systems. This work included PC repair and problem
troubleshooting and required me to be DELL certified on the Desktop,
Server, and printer systems. The tickets I resolved involved user
administration, general PC troubleshooting, phone system
administration, application troubleshooting, and general network
troubleshooting.
