Lead in-plant corrective action activities for a Tier I supplier of

structural body stampings and welded sub-assemblies during launch for the

Chevrolet Cruze program. Participate as a core team member in the APQP

process, coordinate engineering changes, assist with product development

activities and recommend improvements to the manufacturing process.

* Single on-site GM customer support responsible for 5 Van-Rob North

American manufacturing facilities representing $28 million in supplier

contracts.

* Resolve customer quality issues through root cause analysis,

containment activities and long-term corrective action plans.

* Work with APQP Manager's and associated departments coordinating APQP,

PPAP, GP12 launch activities.

* Negotiate PRR responsibility to determine PPM and cost recovery
