Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing and executing long-range marketing

campaigns and programs across multiple channels (print, web, email,

direct mail, tradeshows, social media, and public relations) to ensure

that a consistent message is delivered.

Print

o Direct the creation of print ad campaigns in 4 major

publications ensuring a consistent message and deadlines are

achieved within budget.

o Create, write, and publish a bi-monthly technical magazine that

is distributed to loyal customers. I ensure all deadlines are

met by copy writers, designers and technical staff while

carrying out all printing and mailing logistics.

o Direct the planning, creation and implementation of award

winning technical articles in industry publications. I received

a Best Article award in 2008 and 2009 by Recharger Magazine

o Manage the production schedule of a 60 page printer parts

catalog showcasing thousands of products from OEMS such as HP,

Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, Dell and Brother.

Web/Online

o Completed a full corporate web site redesign (www.partsnow.com)

in November 2009 that has achieved a 33% sales growth thus far

in 2010. This required the execution of a site that was secure,

intuitive, and customer friendly with enhanced site

optimization.

o Manage our e-commerce content, design, SEO and programming teams

while collaborating with executives and all other departments in

the organization to enhance internal systems and automate

E-Commerce Content Coordinator

Closely managed and coordinated the production flow of content from

multiple areas of the department including: design, copy, and

merchandise, in order to develop Kohls.com home and department pages

to meet sales objectives in a rapidly growing division of this well-

known retailer.

Created consistent, profitable, double-digit annual sales growth with

record sales, site traffic and operating profit in 2005.

o Assumed responsibility for event review schedule and online event

reviews for e-commerce production site.

o Gathered template requirements to coordinate e-commerce business

needs for upcoming code updates.

o Developed and maintained Web production schedules, ensuring all

deadlines were met by the team.

o Programmed and published all pages on Kohls.com.

o Worked with merchants to plan and build seasonal merchandise

content management system.

Excell-GM Marketing Program Coordinator
