Experience Summary
Supply Officer Senior Representative/Materiel Liaison
Provide materiel liaison services for Ft. Bragg Mobilization and Demobilization in accordance with
PWS Section C.5.11. (Transportation, Maintenance Support, Billeting, Unit Supply Activity, Arms
Storage Facility, Ammunition Support and Asset Management and Supply Support
Activity). Provide Liaison Support to all Reserve Components. Assist with completion
of all units’ combat ready requirements and unit accountability. Ensure transportation
coordinated to meet unit needs and monitor/facilitate unit progress from beginning to end.
Coordinate, track, monitor and report daily operations of the MUIC to installation staff. Track all
current supply and services nodes including status of all operations supporting
mobilization/demobilization. Manage supply and services operation for the MUIC to include
tracking and reporting of all troops and equipment requirements, support of readiness activities.
Established good working relationships with co workers and set a good environment with
Government officials. Evaluate operations, present oral and written reports, and track operations on
charts and offer recommendations on operational procedures. Coordinate all maintenance
service/support requirements with internal and external agencies in support of military service
members going through the mobilization/demobilization process. Responsible for oversight of all
MUIC operational requirements within the maintenance arena, inclusive of vehicles, weapons,
radios, chemical defense and special purpose equipment. Ensured all maintenance requirements are
achieved to meet unit’s needs. Track and resolve all maintenance related concerns and issues having
importance to the DPTM director, GSU Commander and LSG principle staff. Responsible for tracking
all current and projected maintenance concerns, to include the status of all operations supporting
mobilizations/demobilizations. Manage maintenance operations for the MUIC to include tracking
and reporting of all troops and equipment requirements, support of readiness activities, attends
operational meetings. Records and documents support operations.
Brigade/Battalion Property Accounting Technician
Maintained Brigade/Battalion’s property accountability through the management of property books,
both automated and non automated. Responsible for accounting/management of capital stock for
units and installations; performed manual/automated property accounting and financial inventory
accounting. Forecast/implemented supply requirement. Used automatic data for requisitioning,
receiving, storing and issuing supplies (CIF). Established/maintained formal/informal lines of
communication with supply control, maintenance and transportation units. Monitored/evaluated
supply contractor’s performance with Maintained Brigade/Battalion’s property accountability
through the management of property books, both supported activities. Prepared correspondence
and reports.
Supply System Technician/Warehouse Manager
Team member of Division, DMMC/Corps, MMC, Instructed/managed/supervised personnel
concerning supply systems and functional procedures. Managed receipt, storage and issuance of
supplies/equipment of SSA level. Planned stockage level requirements for stockage and control.
Controlled management of operational float stocks; inspected supported units to insure stockage
levels not excessive. Provided guidance to personnel in order to assist, establish/maintain adequate
stockage levels. Conducted inventories, initiated action for disposition of excesses. Developed
