implemented corporate values and goals. In 8 months restored the CA

plant to two consecutive quarters of profitability after 5 years of

quarterly losses.

Engineering Manager

Increased productivity and technical capability of the Engineering

Department comprised of 4 professionals including a Metallurgist, Process

Engineer, Material Lab/Planning Technician and a Planning Engineer.

instructions, disposition of discrepancies, new process start-ups,

Plant Manager

Managed an aluminum plating plant, a full analytical testing laboratory and

a waste treatment facility with 60 employees, 5 semi-automatic processing

lines, 3 Managers and a chemist over 24-hours of operation. Dramatically

reduced material budget and annual purchases from 8 million to 6.78 million

by strategic partnerships with suppliers and redesigning processes that

reduced the nickel content of product. Upgraded the culture, created

quality control and implemented lean practices which resulted in reductions

in reworks from 30% to 8% and increased productivity from 600 units to 1000

units a day without adding additional labor or increasing the annual labor

budget.

Environmental, Health and Safety Manager

Over two years reduced annual work place injuries from 10 to 2 and

remained violation free with the regulatory agencies. Point of contact

and company representative to the AQMD, EPA, OSHA, Fire Department and

Orange County Environmental Health Department. Implemented heavy metal
