Executive Administrative Assistant
Supported the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of 3Com Corporation ensuring his
office ran smoothly and cost effectively; also supported the Corporate Controller and Corporate
Treasurer and as needed other members of the Finance Organization. Responsibilities included
calendar management, monitor email, travel arrangements both international and domestic, processed
visas and passport applications as needed and required. On behalf of Executives prepared and
submitted expense reports and reconciled credit card statements; approved purchase orders in SAP
and expense vouchers. Created purchase orders as needed in SAP and ordered supplies for the
department.
Set up meetings both internal and external ensuring all logistics were in place. Responsible for
maintaining organizational charts and distribution lists; created and updated PowerPoint presentations
when required and when necessary provided back-up support to other Executive Assistants.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Provided support to the Senior Vice President Worldwide Operations and the Senior Finance Director.

department records and perform all other general secretarial/administrative duties. Back-up support to
