Background:
I will graduate with a BAS degree in Management and Organizational
Leadership December of 2010. Proven successes include problem solving, team
building, and leadership skills; radiating a "cando" spirit to all
organization members. Additionally, I have 25 years of sales and leadership
experience working in a variety of occupations - home improvement,
restaurant, financial services, mortgages, and reverse mortgages (seniors
exclusively).

and training. The business operated autonomously from the parent company.
Essentially, I paid a percentage of gross proceeds and was responsible for
maintaining and growing an independent business.

Achievements:
. For over six years, I was one of only a handful of mortgage
professionals invited by Pasco County to teach their first time home-
buyers seminar.
. Won numerous awards for production over the years.
. The conceptualization of a new department at Republic Bank's Flagship
Mortgage division - a Retention Department. Once initiated, a group of
four loan officers were closing more loans than 20 others combined -
all loans resulting from resurrecting denied, cancelled, and
mishandled potential clients.
