on the mortgage if the customer is not able to payoff the loan

customer issues resolved.

> Coordinating with various support groups in Ocwen to resolve

customer issues.

> Documenting and updating the current financial status of the

customers for our records.

> Updating Sr. lien information by monitoring the Credit Reports

and Sr. lien holders to keep our records up to date and reduce

possible losses to Ocwen.

> Helping colleagues with queries and difficulty faced with the

> Training new hires on forbearance, Loan Modification, Short

Sales and other resolution.

> Helping New Hires as a floor support in absence of Team Leaders
