Conduct product Resets, and Merchandising for
different companies. Restock and build displays for
products such as cosmetics, grocery, department
stores and others. Go by POG's, and reset orders.

Rosa's Catering and Cakes
Knoxville, Tennessee
Made and baked cakes, icings, and cupcakes from
scratch. Decorated wedding, birthday, and
anniversary cakes. Painted on cakes, worked with
fondant. Able to make items out of fondant, such
as little animals, letters, fruits, etc.
Delivered wedding cakes to different wedding venues
all across the Eastern Tennessee area.

Worked on production cake decorating.
Made cakes for store whom sold cakes, and cookies,
petit-fores, answered phone for orders. Received
orders for cakes, any other items customers wanted.
Filled orders, helped the catering dept with their
orders from bakery.
Delivered orders to different venues around the UT
campus we serviced.

Kept the department clean, straightened up. Helped
customers with questions they had for products they
were interested in. Fixed displays of seasonal
items, restocked merchandise from back to the

they got busy up front. Went thru inventory and
stocked any open areas that were empty.

daily also picked up packages they had to be

bakery to sell. Handled customers as they came up
to the bakery one on one. Worked on inventory,

needed to be done.
