domestic business units - 600+ employees. CPAC, Inc. was publicly traded

until 2007 when it became privately held.

COO and President, Stanley Home Products, 2000 to 2010

A division of CPAC, Inc. generating over $10 million in annual revenues.

The firm has a 78-year history of offering cleaning and personal care

products through a national direct sales network with over 7,000

independent representatives.

Appointed COO in 2000, and promoted to President in January, 2007 with full

P&L accountability. Re-invigorated historic party-plan direct-selling

company by implementing new compensation plan focused on profit

improvement, field recruiting, and sales rep. retention. In role as

President, and under new ownership, pursued initiatives to maximize cash

flow.
