A division of CPAC, Inc. generating over $10 million in annual revenues.
The firm has a 78-year history of offering cleaning and personal care
products through a national direct sales network with over 7,000
independent representatives.
Appointed COO in 2000, and promoted to President in January, 2007 with full
P&L accountability. Re-invigorated historic party-plan direct-selling
company by implementing new compensation plan focused on profit
improvement, field recruiting, and sales rep. retention. In role as
President, and under new ownership, pursued initiatives to maximize cash
