Responsibilities included establishing design criteria, and utilities

research and design. This project consisted of over 120 miles of city

design.

Outside Plant Engineer - 1996 - 1999

* Helped with engineering for MFS, MFN, Next Link, Williams

Communication, and Ameritech in several states, including Texas, Ohio,

and Georgia. Responsibilities included field data collection and

design, utilities design and transfer on to field notes from city

records.

Human Resources Manager - 1992 - 1995

* HR manager of a security and private investigation company, job

duties included; billing, payroll, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling

for over 300 employees, inventory of company issued uniforms and

weapons, private investigation, and always being on call to deal with

issues as needed.

* Company clients included 2 major hospitals in Montgomery, Liz

Claiborne, Coca-Cola, Southern Poverty Law Center and County and City

Government for providing prisoner escorts.
