solutions for their financial needs including associates of Bank of

America Investment Services utilizing derivatives and other devices to

hedge forward interest rate fluctuations on secured real estate

holdings.

. Worked closely with CPAs and other financial advisors of private bank

clients to aid in providing accurate, timely and complete financial

statements, and review supporting tax documentation (partnership

returns, K-1s and trust returns). This included proposing journal

entries to insure proper recording of transactions for tax reporting

partners. The firm employed 30 staff and 5 partners handling the

financial affairs of more than 80 clients. The firm was sold to

. Clients were primarily wealthy individuals, banks, savings and loans,

REITs, real estate development and management companies and several

diverse entertainment companies.

. Served as acting tax manager for several REITs, banks, savings and

loans, real estate developers and entertainment clients as well as

more than 100 high net worth individuals and their related entities.

. Services included the preparation and review of federal, various state

and local income tax returns of individuals, corporations, estates and

trusts as well as the preparation of estate tax returns.

. Supervised various tax audits of client returns for federal as well as

multiple state and local taxing authorities.

. Prepared notes to financial statements relating to the provision for

income taxes on various companies audited by Price Waterhouse & Co.
