My company sold the building and the division I worked in moved to Streator Il
I handled 3 National Accounts taking and inputting orders in the computer. Selling over
the phone any vendor promotions going on. I assisted the sales reps
in the field troubleshooting any and all problems with orders. I also worked as
backup in our will call department for handling any rush orders that needed to be done as
far as getting them picked and shipped. Lastly, I was the permanent backup for the
switchboard.

their orders and input them in computer. I solved problems as
far as substituting product for out of stock items, traced shipments and did a lot
of over the phone selling.
