dining restaurant, homes and amenities. Leveraged nearly 20 years real estate sales and executive management
to bring project to completion within schedule and budget. Partnered with relevant government agencies to ensure
proper zoning, permits and to successfully attain licenses for the restaurant, winery and distribution operations.
Directed sales and marketing to maximize buzz and generate interest/awareness with $12M in sales in first 12
months. Authored and produced all marketing materials, wine labels and Direct-to-Consumer sales items. Initiated
win-win negotiations with suppliers, creating strategic international relationships. Spearheaded operations
