I started my career as a trainee technician with CDM (pty) limited, a De
Beers diamond mine in Namibia, January 1985. Theoretical training was done
at the Cape Technicon in Cape Town (South Africa) t1 - t4) and in service
practical training at CDM. I attended various courses from basic
boilermaking to advanced electronic courses at various training centers. I
am registered with the South African engineering council as an engineering
technician.
I joined The INC Group Inc. in Cary, NC, USA as a SAP R/3
implementation/functional consultant. My job functions included:
preparation of implementation proposals for prospective SAP R/3 clients,
gap analysis, prototyping and demonstrations, business process
reengineering, training of client end users, training at SAP Academy,
implementation and customizing services, security profile development, user
support and go-live support, helpdesk representative.
I joined an international cement manufacturer as competence center lead for
SAP PM, SAP MM and SAP PS. My responsibility area covered all of the
manufacturing plants in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. During my
employment I was responsible for go-live support, system enhancements, full
implementation at two newly acquired plants, system upgrade, development of
training curriculum and training delivery.
In 2007 I decided to advance myself and joined Deloitte as a Senior
Specialist and did two full implementation at utilities companies. My role
in both was team lead and activities included requirements gathering,
workshop facilitation, documentation, configuration, testing, knowledge
transfer and training and support. The implementation methodology used was
Deloitte's industry print methodology.
I am currently employed by Clarkston Consulting. Clarkston serves mainly
clients in the Pharmaceutical and consumer products industries. I am a
Senior and responsibilities include implementation of SAP PM and SAP MM. I
occupied a lead role on two SAP implementations with Clarkston.
I am confident in dealing and working with people of all levels of
authority. I always try to do my best considering time, cost and safety
and when carrying authority I always try to be just and fair to all

report development. This project was a very challenging project in that the
client produced live animals that had to be tracked, sold and surgically

processing and canning company in San Diego. I was responsible for leading
the implementation team through design, blue print, different phases of
testing, data gathering, clean-up and preparation, data migration, go-live
and support. This project was a personal accomplishment in that I single
handedly went life and provided post go-live support and training.

instrumentation. This included termination of cables, loop-cheking and
testing of instrumentation and control systems, piggy backing so that both
the existing relay system and the new PLC system can run of the same
instruments giving operational personnel the opportunity to operate the
plant from the old system while learning to operate the new system.
