performance of the system.

Analyzing the impact of requirements on the firm trading system and other internal and
external systems that are linked to it and transforming the requirements into functional
specifications for development and implementation and preparing technical design specification
document.
Designing and developing the database required to replace the VSAM data structures.

Scope: Conversion status utility i nvolves developing code that allows status change of claim branches,
loss occurrence or agency and for other online systems to call this utility. County Split involves creating
extracts using data from VSAM files and matching them on DB2 table to identify the associated new agent
numbers. Stop pay involves enhancing the existing functionality to read data from VSAM files and create a
daily extract and remove the FTP file. Loss cause code involves changing system to allow conversion of
numeric cause code to alphanumeric values and to accept new alphanumeric codes.

enhancement in existing user interfaces, creation of Backlog database and its online maintenance. New
batch reports and support backup data files for Sales, Credits and Bills of Material for Cost of Goods Sold
are generated (COGS Report Generation and Incremental Report Enhancement).
