• Completed the setup stage of creating the District’s GIS system and coordination with other local
agencies staff/data.
• Successfully petitioned the board of directors to increase capital project funding from $250K to
$1.3M annually. This reduced our HDPE lining linear-foot cost by 60% and increased the footage
lined from 850 lf to 2.75 miles. Also completed 20 additional capacity and safety projects that were
not previously funded.
• Changed the practice of using the local improvement district mechanism to manage ongoing
maintenance of developer and KID constructed neighborhood distribution systems after receiving
concurrence from the state attorney general’s office. This allowed the District to consolidate 158
neighborhood system accounts with individual rates, into one account and a single rate structure.
This saves the District countless cost coding hours; eliminated the need for two new accounting
FTE’s and greatly reduced our customers’ confusion and frustration with the KID.

• Designed aircraft bulkhead, rib, and door hinge parts and fasteners for assigned assemblies using
NCAD 3D modeler and CADAM 2D design software. Exported computer aided machining (CAM) data
to the CAM programmers.
• Coordinated Stress and Fastener & Finishes group reviews.
• Coordinated drawing releases with Northrop and the US Air Force.
• Investigated & solved door-hinge to composite door assembly problem. Also fixed an unrelated NC
machining error on the door hinges which created very sharp edged parts.
• Investigated, solved and prepared the advance drawing release notification on a system assembly
attached to my bulkhead which neglected to callout fastener head directions on the mounting
brackets. Fasteners installed in the wrong direction would have damaged the cargo bay door lock
mechanism.
• Volunteered for geometric tolerance training and was made the group lead. Group use of geometric
tolerancing on design drawings significantly reduced the number of rejected parts and assembly
rejection tags.
