2009 - Current
Report to the Director of Customer Market Insights. Lead a steering team
consisting of senior leadership from sales, marketing, finance, information
technology and supply chain with the focus of aligning Business
Intelligence needs across the division. Facilitate an operating team,
consisting of subject matter experts of the business systems within
Winfield Solutions, which is responsible for the coordination and execution
of sales and marketing data projects.
< Lead the implementation of a new internal data warehouse with the focus
of generating new insights while capturing disparate data from our
invoicing systems, industry databases, product performance databases and
Oracle CRM application.
< Develop business rules and governance policy consolidating master data
consisting of 250k+ grower records, 90k product skus and 50k account
records with the goal of one master data source feeding all business
applications.
< Business process lead on the implementation of an Oracle web based order
management system to simplify ease of entry and consolidate multiple
business applications into one customer facing portal.
< Identified an opportunity within Winfield Solutions to better utilize
dealer, customer and product data leading to the creation of a project to
develop a data warehouse which will become a strategic advantage to
Winfield Solutions with the goal of increased sales.

Reported to the Director of Supply Chain & Operations. Provided direction
for the customer operations functions including billing, sales reporting
and master data. Managed and developed a staff of 5 managers with a total
team of 24 employees in 4 locations across the U.S. with the focus on
individual and team development. Responsible for the compliance of
Sarbanes - Oxley guidelines for revenue recognition and expenditures.

< Executed the conversion of Winfield Solutions invoicing process from EDI
to XML with 3 trading partners which improved the timeliness, accuracy
