point-of-manufacturing transfer of a high volume muffler manufacturing
operation, including equipment, finished goods inventory, and component
parts inventory.
Liquid Coatings Spray System Upgrade ($20K investment, $20.7K annual
savings) initiated and completed a system upgrade project with focus on
improving the efficiency and quality of the system while improving
relationships with specific customers. The project included development of
cost quotes and cost justification, and included the purchase and
installation of new equipment.
Tool Storage and Picking Unit ($35K investment, $140K annual savings)
oversaw the integration of a vertical storage unit which improved
