A/R, A/P, end of day balance, all monthly, quarterly and year end
reports as well as preparation of end of year P&L statements. Assured
books balanced at COB and made deposits daily.
2000-2001 Office Manager, Kentucky Internal Medicine Group
During my short tenure with KIMC, I managed 24
Employees and 7 physicians. My responsibilities included assuring
All positions were covered daily, payroll, taxes, hiring of new
Employees, assigning benefits, overseeing monthly training programs,
Assuring each physician was assigned a nurse, receptionist and
Discharge planner. I also performed audits of charts to assure each
Physician was in compliance and also all coding was performed to
Produce maximum re-imbursement from insurances and government
Agencies. It was my responsibility to assure the daily functions of the
Entire office and medical functions ran at top performance. I was
responsible for tracking each physicians workload (i.e.,
breakdown of physician/income ratio) A/R, A/P, benefit assignment for

accounted for and balanced at COB and prepare all deposits and assure
they were in the bank in a timely manner.

Always a good thing! I had a very good business (even though the
Hours were long and tough) when I decided to go back into the fields
That I knew best. I did learn a very important Human Resource
