IT Director (2003-2004)
Hired to restore credibility and customer satisfaction to the technology services provided by the IT department. Developed
and prioritized future and current strategic initiatives for a $65 million joint venture. Directed IT staff in supporting a user
base of over 4,000 physicians, technologists and administrators using Quest Diagnostics Laboratory Systems in hospitals
and physician offices throughout the state of Oklahoma.

• Using the COBIT framework as a guide, identified inefficiencies and security risks associated with telecom vendor contracts for
the distributed Call Centers across all corporate locations which resulted in reducing previous losses of over $250,000.00 in
fraudulent telephone charges and the implementation of new Telecommunication Security Standards. Technologies: IVR/CTI, PBX,
ACD, and CMS.
