• Project Manager for developing World War II exhibition. Responsibilities include coordinating a multi- department
team in the research, development, and production of an exhibition slated to open in 2009, research and
development of exhibit themes, processing all incoming artifacts, choosing artifacts for the exhibit, writing text to
tell the story of the exhibit, and working with the Frazier Oral History project to select veterans’ oral histories that
h ighlight exhibit themes;
• Liaison between the Museum and potential donors though the organization and implementation of special tours,
events, including a Gun Collector’s Breakfast hosting over 150 attendees and consisting of a special behind the
scenes, hands-on tour;
• Aide in the daily maintenance of Curatorial museum records through completing appropriate documentation for
i ncoming donations and loans; conducting an inventory of all artifacts; compiling environmental monitoring data
report for lenders, including the Royal Armouries, Leeds; and ensure housing and environmental standards for the
conservation and preservation of artifacts.
Research collections to develop and enhance current permanent exhibitions, establish clear title to artifacts, and respond to
artifact enquiries.
