methodology.

identification or redefinition of key drivers and standards.

. Develop financial templates and database queries/macros for various

monthly and quarterly surveys throughout the fiscal year.

. Key accomplishments include:

1. Development of a dynamic pricing template based on volume

projections, staffing standards and key non-personnel cost

assumptions - allowing the company to quickly respond to request

for proposals (RFP's) from institutions such as Freddie Mac and the

U.S. Treasury.

2. Development of a Home Retention Group staffing and cost per unit

model for the Underwriting and the Loss Mitigation processing

functions based on identification of key volume drivers and

staffing standards - currently being used as a management tool to

assess productivity and efficiency in monthly business reviews, and

also serves as a scorecard for evaluating department performance.

3. Re-engineering of the Master Servicing float benefit projection

model by means of identifying the components of the remittance

balances received and tying each component to portfolio projections

- resulting in only a 1 to 2% variance from actual float benefit,

instead of a 50 to 60% variance based on the old "run rate"

methodology.

4. Re-engineering of the Master Servicing portfolio model to include

more specific detail relating to the inflows and outflows of units

and unpaid principal balances for each product type - resulting in

a quick and easy way to identify runoff and potential areas of

concern for Senior Management.

5. Re-engineering of the Servicing Division's cost of service model by

means of reallocating the expenses by product and delinquency

bucket and working with the business mangers in each area to

identify "levels of effort" within each allocation category -

allowed for the Lehman Brothers Bank Desk to better price their

loan acquisition deals.
