I serve as an ambassador representing the NJ Devils at off-site promotional
events and game nights. I helped to run and organize the Halloween Costume
Contest at Prudential Center during a Devils game. I took initiative and
started to use new media and social networking sites (i.e Facebook and
Twitter) to advertise and market ticket deals and special events.

I lead associates in achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals I also
provide apparel sales and maintained customer relations. Using sales
experience from my previous job I was able to sell store credit cards. I
was given managerial responsibilities and duties (i.e. opening and closing
the store, payroll, etc.).
