I would like to put both my experience and marketing skills

to work for a fast paced, innovative company. I have

experience running and strategizing all types of events,

including large, international conferences that range from

200 to 5000 attendees, including the acquisition and

management of speakers such as Al Gore and Hilary Clinton.

I have lead highly successful generation campaigns,

conference promotions, and event specific advertising. I

can execute on all types of events, I'm hands on, and

experienced in leading small teams. There is no detail too

small in relation to event management.

. Create and launch all event related promotions, co-

promotions, corporate sponsorships, marketing

collateral, advertising efforts for domestic &

international signature events.

. Designed and created all onsite marketing materials,

including an e-binder that saved nearly $30,000 in

printing costs per event.\

. Handle all vendor contracts and negotiations, including

a multi-conference deal with Hyatt

that saved $60,000 in event costs in 2010.

logistics related to both the marketing and execution of

Cleantech's global events.

relation to signature events by rebuilding event

structures, and reworking event schedules to meet

. Saved Cleantech over $280,000 in event expenses in 2009

via improved contracts, tighter controls on spending,

and creative planning.

. Established a project plan built around partnerships

that has driven a nearly 50% increase in event website

traffic as well as maintaining project communications

with partners, speakers, and vendors.

. Manage all event budgets; including tracking and

reporting of revenue and expenses and project billing,

including revenue models and recommended sales ramps.

. Secured contracts with hotels, airlines, transportation

and shipping companies, as well as securing agreements

with sponsors to reduce costs by sharing expenses with
