PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

PDG is a multi-disciplinary firm engaged in the real estate development;
acquisitions, deal underwriting, bank packaging, entitlement services,
architectural consulting and construction management services.
Project Executive & Business Development
As Project Executive, I sought out business means of expression for the
Group's corporate strategy. My primary responsibilities were to
promote the overall enterprise, identify new development and business
opportunities in both the development and construction arena, develop
management activities, and evaluate project feasibility and pro formas.
In addition, evaluate the design feasibility of new projects, assist in
setting the design vision for projects and coordinated the project
consultant teams.

. Capell, LLC: Sage Condominiums- Development & Construction Management
for the redevelopment conversion of existing apartment building to a
28-unit, mixed use, retail & multifamily condominium project, located
in north- Columbia Heights WDC.
Atlas Construction Group, Inc., Washington, DC 3/2005 -

Atlas operates as a general contractor and offers project and construction
management services. The primary product type is light commercial- retail,
high end urban town homes and small condominium buildings consisting of
four to thirty units.
Project Executive/ Manager
Generated the business leads, set the vision and goals for the company
and maintained quality control oversight for final delivery.
. Overall management direction of multiple projects,
established project objectives and policies, maintained liaison with
client and design team, monitor construction and financial activities
