and ASP. The application processed new Public Switched Telephone Network

or text files from AT & T franchisees. The received files were processed to
create new records in the SQL Server database and send a confirmation email
to the franchisees. It is possible to have a single or thousands of new
telephone connection orders in a spreadsheet. The application validated the
new telephone numbers assigned to the ones which exists and generates order
tickets and each new phone number is assigned a circuit id.
