Established and maintained ongoing creative efforts for several J.P. Morgan
B2B divisions which included print advertising, online advertising,
marketing collateral, direct mail, new product launches and interactive
demos. Procured and supervised freelance design talent and third party
vendors on key projects. Other project work included design concepts and
production for several Walt Disney online communities, online and offline
re-branding efforts, as well as other tradeshow and print collateral
design.

Managed day-to-day operations of the design and production staff including
hiring of full-time and freelance design talent. Interfaced with the sales,
marketing and technology teams to outline specific creative goals,

and digital marketing collateral, tradeshow creative, and planograms. Other
