. Direct Banker: Received incoming calls from our clients, and would
solicit additional relations, lines of credit, home mortgages. Wrote
over $ 400,000.00 in loans.
. Consumer Collector: Managed 100 to 150 delinquent accounts on a weekly
basis, reported to management on a monthly cycle, while maintaining a
0.9% in delinquencies, worked closely with repossession companies to
collect our collateral, continued to dispose the autos at auction,
while working with legal counsel as well.
. Auto Dealer Finance: Approved deals, ran and reviewed credit from the
three bureaus, worked out loan to value, and debit to income, built
working relations with numerous finance managers at dealerships, for
them to provide accurate contracts complete with vital information.
Responsible for forced placed insurance, to apply or remove it from
our auto loans, while working with numerous insurance companies via
telephone, email or fax communications, while documenting in the auto
loan files, in three places on AS400.

businesses and food vendors that showcased their services/products.
Live Entertainment, a Mariachi Band, with three other bands. I worked
with the City of Chico, Chico Police, and V.I.P.S. My mission: was to
build a bridge that would introduce the Hispanic Demographic/attendees
(8-years to 80-years old) to these businesses, within our community.
The numbers skyrocketed from 2000 in 2007, to 2500 in 2008, and 3000
in 2009.
