I recently moved to Austin from Missoula, Montana, where I studied Creative Writing and

English Literature at the University of Montana. I have spent the last ten years in the

customer service industry, and feel that my experiences and abilities make me a valuable

addition to a successful team. I am searching for a position where I can utilize my personal

abilities and academic achievements to form a mutually beneficial relationship with an

employer. I love people and am willing to put myself out there to make a genuine

connection.

I have refined communication skills, bring a positive attitude to my work, and have

experience with diverse clientele and coworkers. I enjoy working in both solitary and team

environments, am able to multitask and prioritize duties, keep myself busy when it is slow,

and am not easily stressed under pressure.
