I have many years experience in Development, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Membership,

countries worldwide. I was hired for my technical background and for over 20 years experience in the
labyrinthic ways of doing business domestically or internationally.
I was involve with electrical advances through chemical, wind, light solar, pressure, dissimilar metals,
magnetism or finding other ways of developing free electron flow or the word for measuring electrons,
“coulombs” at a giving point and minerals, metals. I began to research the smart grid advancement and a
close loop process in conjunction with human life styles and activity. The use of smart grid meters add
continuous communications and could serve as a gateway response aware devices in peak demands like
enabling distributed generation resources and a very rapid analysis of anomalies through “Wide Area
Management Systems “(WAMS) With the advancement of fuel cell technology, while promoting efficient
alternative energy sources shale natural gas.

Background
I worked in countries and areas such as NAFTA, EU Andean Community, Mercosur, Sub Saharan West
Africa, Middle East, North Africa, South America including China, India, Japan and all ASEAN member
countries in most cases as a facilitator, organizer and or developer.
Instrument experience
I worked for Billings & Spencer a manufacturer of hand tools, vehicle and aircraft stainless steel,
aluminum parts and numerous other metals at their forging facility. I was their electronic technicians that
maintain and calibrated all their instrumentation and high temperature, forging, laboratory and heat
treating furnaces, cyanide pots etc. This was carry out either with optical equipment along with many
different controlling devices such as, O2 analyzers, Leeds & Northrup, Honeywell, Foxboro potentiometers
and through radiation on a ceramic tube inclosing a thermopile or the use of thermocouples that would
eventually meet the Rockwell and Burnell hardness testing or the simple Curie Point.
