Senior Field Inspector

Responsible for construction inspection of field activities to ensure

projects are constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications,

as well as field measurements and documentation of contract quantities.

New/repair bridge work and resurfacing pavement.

Illinois State Toll Highway Authority: I-90, I-294& I-88

Construction Engineering

Scope of work included pavement marking, pavement patching, guardrail

removal and replacement.

Illinois Department of Transportation: Dan Ryan Reconstruction from 71st to

I-57 Mainline

Construction Engineering

Scope of work included pavement reconstruction, retaining walls, storm

sewer, electrical and pile driving. Use IDOT standards in compliance with

contract documents.

Chicago Department of Transportation Citywide Program: Menu Program

Inspector

Project involves inspecting of streets, curbs and gutter repair.

Construction operations are performed by City of Chicago Division of

Construction Labor forces and /or private contractors. IEI role is to

provide inspectors who coordinate, monitor, inspect, and document the work

in accordance with IDOT standards and in compliance with contract

documents.

Chicago Department of Transportation Dock Wall Project: North Avenue

Re-Assistance of reconstruction of dock wall along the river. Scope of work

was to inspect and document blow of h-pile. Made sure contractor equipment

was correct for the job. Document information in CDOT database. Coordinate

with City officials and contractors with paperwork and changes to plans.

Illinois Department of Transportation: Dan Ryan 79th to 83rd Streets

Scope of work included inspecting and replacement of retaining walls, storm

sewers and lighting replacement. Kept all documentation in field book as

well as IDR'S.

Chicago Department of Transportation: Menu Program

Engineering inspector

Improvements of alleys and street for the City of Chicago. This project

involved evaluating the condition of the sidewalks, curb, gutter and alleys

and street resurfacing. Keep track of removal and usage tonnage of asphalt

being used on a daily basis.

Metra: Elburn Extension

Scope of work was to inspect the new construction of welfare facility,

parking lot and new platform. Inspector kept track of new storm sewer,

foundation for platform and landscape.

Illinois Department of Transportation: Kedize Street Bridge over I-80

Construction Engineer

Provide inspection services for the removal and replacement of the 2-span

bridge superstructure abutments and pier caps. New stripping, guardrails

and sidewalks were also replaced.

Illinois Department of Transportation: Expansion of Rte30 from I-394 to

Indiana State Line

Construction Engineer

Perform construction inspection and layouts of new R.O.W'S, storm sewers.

Cook County Hospital

Construction Engineer

Duties were to keep track of all changes to document and file accordingly.

Inspect all materials to make sure they pass the specification required.
